Morning Pamela and those to follow. It's mixed weather here and quite cold. I'm on another (delayed) train today, hoping to make the connection with the next one but I may be glad of the running training!

Morning people got two things to do take Mom to the doctors, drop rubbish round the skip and I am then ready to go.

Appears to be a bit overcast/rainy etc in Alcudia - Mallorca but hey I will be on HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taking my kindle, hoping to go on the Soller train the little wooden train. Here is a good idea what it is
Last time went to to see Palma Cathedral. But open to do anything really - looking forward to it. See you all next week enjoy.

Opps back already just to mention looking at Cyprus for Sept, just spoke to a friend so could be off again.

Overcast again here, was really threatening rain a while ago, but it's passed us. Someone will get it no doubt. OH is out with Monty, just over the fields this morning as OH off to golf later.

I have found a dead creature behind one of our chests in the hall - poor thing, I knew something was there as it was beginning to get whiffy - and I have our trainer and rescue dog coming around this afternoon for cat testing! Would have been rather embarrassing to have to apologise for the smell. I have sprayed carpet cleaner down and given it a good rub - just about to go and put the chest back and light the perfume burner!

Afternoon all. Cloudy and threatening rain here. I'm a bit miffed with my blackberry as the keys keep missing characters so I end up typing rubbish. Must try and take it apart and give it a good clean.

Feeling a bit bleugh today; achey and with an odd throbbing/vibrating in my left ear. Hopefully not an ear infection

Apart from that I'm glad it's Friday. We have a busy weekend, especially Sunday as both boys have a party to go to and a sports activity each also so lots of Mum and Dad ferrying kids around stuff to do

Quite a good morning at work, i have made some suggestions and i think they are begining to realise i have more experience than i'm given credit for, mind you i'l probs end up doing more work for the same money,lol

We've had the visit from our trainer with her rescue lurcher, called Candy. What a nice dog! She was brought in on lead and with a muzzle and OH bought Pip out and put him on the floor a bit away from her. She backed off, Pip actually hissed at her but she backed away again. They did finally get nose to nose and Candy showed no aggression or intention at all. Of course that would be different if she saw a cat running away ...... I think it would take a very docile dog not to chase. Photos were taken and the trainer said that she can be described as cat tolerant at the least. She's lovely and I do hope a good home will be found for her - they are taking her to a sighthound show next weekend.

Pip got treats and loads of praise - he is such a good cat. We did not trouble Kizzy, but she was on the bed throughout, watching us all out in the hallway.
