Re: Grapefruit Saturday

Morning Kazz, I hope you had a nice break.

Well up early and sitting in the living room with Sophie....she is lovely but omg is she affectionate, I just have to look at her or talk to her and she talks back and makes a fuss of me....so I am ignoring her now she is currently laying next to me cleaning herself. She was very quiet last night and slept on the sofa.

Arthur and her saw each other though the living room door, Martin and me were laughing so much as Arthur was making silly noises at her but she was hissing at him and then she lays on her back in front of the door rolling around and pulling herself closer to him???? (tarty girl!!!) I said to Martin when she stops hissing at him perhaps we will see how they get on together.

Mum seemed a lot better yesterday, rash didn't seem so bad and she was less swollen, not seeing her today but dad is going to see her (he didn't yesterday as he needed a rest) but we will see her tomorrow.

Well just some more DIY for me today, just finishing painting the 2nd bedroom, Martin is going to paint the kitchen/dining room which we are hoping to get painted this weekend. Then we just have a bedroom, lounge to paint and the cloakroom to finish. We we have done well as there is 10 rooms and the hallway/landing, still need to get curtains, flooring, worktops etc but definitely getting there. I will pot up some more pictures later.

Have a good day everybody

Re: Grapefruit Saturday

Morning Kazz, Emma and those to come later.

I look forward to hearing about your holiday Kazz when you have rested.

Emma - you've got a little flirty girl there, sounds just like my Kizzy. Lovely that she is being so affectionate straight away, she wants to try and get into your good books. Hopefully she will calm down a little as she settles. Kizzy still does the flirty girl now and again - it surprised me at first, seeing as she is spayed as I am sure your Sophie is. I am looking forward to seeing a picture of her ....... when you have your camera out. You sound as if you have a very busy w/end ahead. I am glad to hear that your mum seemed a bit better.

It's grey and cold here again ....... was raining earlier. OH has taken Monty out up to Stansted for a good run around.

We are having home made fish pie for supper. What's everyone else having???

Have a good day folks. Warm Catsey cat cuddles from me.

Re: Grapefruit Saturday

Well up and moving,

Brilliant holiday weather really good and back with a tan shock horror. Took a few pictures will post at some point and had a brilliant meal out at a "posh" harbour resturant" fantastic meal too which we ate outside it got a bit chilly about 10ish and they brought us those big heater things.

Emma sorry to see you Mom has been a little more poorly - and glad she is moving forward. Please pass on my best wishes. A new cat - welcome - will have to search for pictures. Looking forward to see the house progress too.

Angie I think it a girl cat thing Cleo did it too, the cat version of putting on makeup and nailvarnish I think
Dinner sounds lovely really does, having roast pork here looking forwards too it think its nice to be home.

Shelley lucky doll. Guess what I saw in Majorca to slow to snap a picture a Basenji honest. Walking in Mallorca specifically Alcudia old town on market day. Hope the car bill is not too big.

Right people thats me for a bit off to see my sister and then catch up on post etc etc etc.

Have fun everyone.
