Morning kazz and all those to follow, well done in the re-plumbing!!!

We are going looking at tiles for the kitchen today so we can get it done when we are off for 2 weeks in JUne as we arent going away anywhere this year.

Re: Coconut Monday

Morning Kazz and those to pop in later. Another cold miserable rainy day here. Oh, to see a patch of blue sky or feel a bit of warmth ........

I'm not sure what to do today either - atm I'm being a referee for the cats. Monty is out and for some reason Kizzy and Pip, who usually get along fine together are "bickering" I expect the weather has something to do with it. Kizzy went out and came right back in again. Pip has been out but has come home. I think there might have to be organised games .........

Have a good bank holiday folks - who's for a game of catch the squirrel (don't tell Monty though, it's his squirrel!)???

Morning Pamela!

Re: Coconut Monday

Afternoon all...haven't got much planned for today...just painting the cloakroom and then I might have a nice relaxing bath.

Dad is seeing mum later and will phone me with an update.

Leg of lamb in the slow cooker (half price from Tescos so I got three lol two are in the freezer )

Sophie did well last night and slept on the bed with us, she is still hiding behind the sofa but comes out when we come into the room. She was being naughty this morning trying to steal Arthur's food and the silly boy let her !!!

Have a good day everybody

hello everyone,
Emma, hope your Mum is ok and glad Sophie is settling well
well done with the sink karen
Pamela, hope you have found some tiles
Angie, hope those cats are sorted out now
Up with the larks car booting this morning, there was only a few rows of stalls due to the cold weather but i managed to find an interesting ressusitation baby doll and a nice wooden Leaperd (sp)
Been looking at cars again today and met a realy pushy salesman, thought we weren't going to get out of there, lol

Angoe, how did your games go today? did it help keep the peace?

Re: Coconut Monday

Karen, we have sort of narrowed it down to a Skoda Fabia or a Kia. We are looking for a diesel estate with space for the two dogs in crates and luggage when we go to Scotland. I'm not a confident driver and feel happiest in a small car. Howard feels the Fbia is too small for what we need, i like them but we will have to see. The Skoda man is lovely, the Kia man, helpful but pushy. At first he said no leeway on price, then it changed to cash off and even more if we commited today.
