Hi Pamela, yes the rain held off, i got 3/4 way cutting the back lawn when the lawn mower conked out. Fortunately i was able to borrow the neighbours one to finish the job, otherwise it would have screwed me up Sorry your day at work has dragged. |

Hi Shelley and Pamela ...... not a bad day here weather-wise, although chilly. We had our vet nurse appointment with Monty this morning to show us the best way to clean his teeth - it is only the back ones, one side being worse than the other. We need to keep at it daily, as the plaque has already turned to tartar on one side. The nurse was very good with Monty but it's going to be a two person job .... Then we went for a walk up to Stansted wood and had a good walk. Monty met a rather boisterous labrador and they played together for a while whilst we talked to the dog's owner. Monty came home for a lunchtime siesta and then we went to agility training late afternoon. It was good and Monty tried a new piece of equipment, the dogwalk and did it twice with no fear. To think it wasn't long ago that he was afraid of a little ramp! OH has now gone back out to volunteer at puppy training and I am having a rum and ginger to try and warm up. Hope everyone else has enjoyed their day? |

Sounds like Monty has been realy clever at agility Angie. Re his teeth, be careful you don't overdo it and put him off, idealy it shouldn't be a battle, but if he's not used to it, it will take time. I think Lintbelle do a preperation to remove tartar as well as the little sock thingies. You could also try Petzlife gel, it's a gel you put on the teeth and it moves around the teeth as the dog licks, it can be used for maintainance and also to remove tartar. Sorry for being a teeth anorak, lol |

We've been to the vet's and I've apparently been more anxious about the bloodwork, than I knew. I have been knackered all day. The number's going down, so it seems to be the cartrophen injections that has been acting up. Good news Thank you Kazz for my postcard It was in my mailbox when we came home from the vet What a lovely thought |
