Hi Pamela and Shelley - a bit gloomy here still and breezy but OH says that he got quite warm out walking Monty Bogle. Pamela - I second Shelley's request for piccies of your new floor tiles. What a very clever OH you have! I do like a practical man!!! I have been writing emails this morning and I think a bit of pottering this afternoon, well it is Sunday. We often don't have a roast on Sunday and tonight is no exception - kedgeree. Hope all have a good Sunday whatever you decide to do! |

Sunday greetings! I'm pootling around doing little bits and pieces, nothing specific although I really ought to tackle the dust Yesterday I had a lovely time doing colour charts of all the various yarns I have in the house, glue/scissors/card - what's not to like? Today I'm packing all the yarn into underbed plastic boxes so that the dining room can be used again and also to stop Morgan nicking balls of wool and taking it off for a quick chew His theory seems to be "You had it, you put it down so obviously you don't want it anymore, that makes it MINE - chew toy, great!" dogs - you gotta love 'em! The cats on the other hand mainly want to play with the wool while I'm actually knitting, which is rather awkward to say the least Roast pork for lunch, no pud though we're both having a bit of difficulty fitting into our trousers Enjoy the day! |

Hello all, brr it is cold here today but forecast to get warmer. I ought to be in the garden weeding and planting but I'm not inspired! Glad the floor looks good Pamela! Enjoy the weeding Shelley (!) and the pottering Angie. That sounds quite absorbing Mrs H. I can't knit but I did learn to drop spin once so I could run a session in schools on Roman textiles. Drop spinning and cats do not go together! We plan a seasonal meal tonight Jersey royals and local asparagus with Cornish sardines (me) and steak (OH). Have a good Sunday all |
