Saturday.....I think Okay I am confused I am pretty sure its Saturday but confused this week all over the place. Beautiful weather here and I am going to bed............Oh well you have to earn a crust  see you later oh yes lovely lamb chops, new pots, baby peas and of course gravy and mibt sauce

Morning everyone! Coming to the end of my week off, back to work on Monday and then away down to Newcastle for a few days with work. Luckily my sis will look after the cats for me ( bless her ) I am going to do a bit of gardening today and may take a drive to the seaside in a while. Have a great day  |

Hi Kazz, Pauline and others to come .... Glorious again here today. I have been to the garden centre for compost and am starting getting the pots sorted. Got some plants too and replaced the French dwarf beans that came to nothing. Will try again. Hopefully OH will be putting up the runner bean poles and my runners are certainly ready to be planted out. Got some peas to plant out too ............ but not all today! Downloaded an interesting book on the Kindle Daily Deal - a biography of Pearl Buck the daughter of an American missionary family who grew up in China and lived there in 1920s/30s. Sounds fascinating and only 99p! Enjoy your day folks. |

Hello all, Well I've weeded, tidied, and planted out runner beans, sweetcorn and tomatoes today. I've reinforced some netting having found Tolly rolling on the beetroot. He is cross with me because I told him off for savaging a broad bean plant. I think it was a good idea to give up the allotment and just have a couple of raised beds here. It all feels much more manageable than a huge area of solid clay! I have factor 50 on, it is very sunny! Hope you manage to relax Kazz. Enjoy the seaside Pamela. Sounds an interesting book Anigie. evening everyone, not long in, been babysitting OHs mums 2 dogs last night then spent the day in their garden cleaning my car for tomorrows run. Had a lovely BBQ that OHs folks made tonight then home for an early night i think!! Kazz, it is def saturday!! Pauline, hope yo enjoyed your gardening its such a beautiful day to be doing it! Angie also sounds like you have had a busy day in the garden CS, another busy bee in the garden!!! hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow x |
