Re: not so sunny tuesday

Morning Pamela, Shelley and all Catsey folk everywhere!

Still glorious here ......... up late this morning although I feel I did have a better night. Had a lovely shower and feel fresh as a daisy! Not gone to the greenhouse yet, may be sticky again on my return. OH is about to take Monty out and has a golf lesson this afternoon. We go to dog training this evening.

Fingers crossed for good news today, MrsH!

Have a good day folks.

Nothing so far but they're back at the hospital where the beds are full! They're walking around waiting for the birthing centre to call them. Could be hours yet apparently even though she's having a lot of pain, poor girl.

I'm not sure they'll want to go for babies 2 and 3 after this!

Re: not so sunny tuesday

I remember that wait too well . . . more than the actual event itself! Thankfully I had a room and lots of epidural both times so the pain didn't register too much. I hope all goes swiftly and smoothly with GrandchildH

Here it is hot and humid. Have just given the large laurel hedge a big haircut and am all sticky. Recovering in the cool of the basement whilst the boys handle the sweeping up. They are on 1/2 term so will shortly be going to buy some tennis balls (they've lost them all) and then to the park for a quick lesson. Might have to pop to the allotment to check on the tomatoes in the greenhouse as I bet all their water's evaporated.

Myshka was most put out as it's very cool under the laurel and he loves it in there and was less that impressed with the trimming and dragging around of metal ladder.

Re: not so sunny tuesday

Ooh a little boy!! And a good weight too. Congrats. Hope the size of the little one and the extended labour are quickly forgotten in the overall joy of the new addition.
