206 Gti Sunday

Still have mine ..... V reg from new probably doing better than it's owner!

Gloomy windy day here. Hope that you are OK Shelley and your garden flood hasn't got any worse? Hope everyone else is dry still too. Mid Summers Day today. Baaaaah

Monty caught a really big mouse yesterday, Pip had caught one earlier in the day (not sure, could have been the same one) so the rodents are still thriving.

Going to try putting up some trouser hems with Wundaweb this afternoon as per cats' staff's recommendation.

Have a good day peeps. Extra warm Catsey cat cuddles from me.

Re: 206 Gti Sunday

Very sporty title there Angie.Good afternoon.

Hello all; just going to have dinner pork chops today rather than a joint as they looked so nice in the butchers - then off to the pictures with a couple of friends not sure what we are going to see then grab a pizza or similar on the way home.
Thanks to the picture goers last week who reminded me how long it was since I had been.

Angie did you ever get Monty used to your car? And you do seem to have an abundance of mice etc something I do not miss having no cats.
Mrs H just read your late entry for yesterday - poor Morgan - so are you tempted to take up belly dancing then? I imagine its fun excercise.

It was lovely to hear about Leia I do miss Eileen she was always on the board ready to chat.

Re: 206 Gti Sunday

Afternoon all, what an interesting F1 race from Valencia today, really enjoyed that!

Sorry Kazz, there's no way I'm taking up belly dancing mind you some of the body types on display yesterday evening left me full of admiration for their self-confidence

There was a huge age range taking part, from teens to mid-seventies. One or two of them (who daughter says have been doing it for years and years) seemed to have little real sense of rhythm and were struggling with the choreography. They reminded me of some of the contestants on The Generation Game, all at sea and desperately trying to follow what the others were doing. But they were all clearly enjoying themselves and deserved the hearty applause they earned. Great fun!

I had the washing machine on earlier doing all the pet bedding and fleeces, Morgan only needed a very little encouragement to bring his bed blanket to the washing machine by himself, so cute I wonder if I can train him to transfer things to the dryer, take them out, fold them and put them in the cupboard?

Re: 206 Gti Sunday

evening anyone not watching footie,lol.
Angie, the garden is fine now, thanks
Karen hope you enjoy the pictures
MrsH, what a clever boy Morgan is.
If i asked our two to bring their bedding it would be shredded before they got to the washer
Been out today buying shampoo and polish etc for the car, also bought an extending cat lead for my sons kitten.
Going to read now as footie is on our tv
I'm reading Shakespears mistress, it explores the theory that Shakespear was actualy married to two women at the same time.

Re: 206 Gti Sunday

Hi all, is there a football match on then Shelley? Mrs H I've had to wash pet bedding too as OH had to take Tolly to the vet for a sore mouth (he is fine) and Tolly showed his displeasure by peeing all over the bedding in the basket and through onto OH's jeans. The car also stinks!
My niece came over yesterday to visit Anglian Ruskin Uni. She is thinking of studying forensic science. They are all getting so grown up it is scary!
It's been quite a nice day here though a bit windy. I went for a very muddy run- fun but mucky.
Hope the wonder web works Angie!
