Congratulations. And start as you mean to carry on......and try not to alter your personality if you cannot keep it up long term. I have to say only one thing say nothing to someone else about a member of your team you would not want to say to their face.... or hear repeated on an answer machine. And make you you do not just do the work and get none of the credit. |

Thanks for the advice kazz. Thankfully im not 1 to talk about people behind their back. I usually. Just let the others get on with it and don't get involved. Found its the best way forward!! |
