TGI FridayMorning everyone, as the title shows, i'm glad its Friday!! Heading to work shortly but taking the car as i finish at 630pm instead of 8pm  hopefully get a walk in tonight as i haven't been able to due to my shifts.Hope everyone has a great Friday

Working from 7.30am till 4pm today, Ime so glad i'ts Friday at last!! I am going out for a meal, with the Wife at Prezzo in Lewes tonight, really looking forward to it. We try and eat out about once a month if we can afford it. Will have a drink on the way to the meal and have one on the way home, just to make a nice night of it Nothing planned over the 3 day Weekend, but ime sure we will try and get out somewhere, even if the weather forcast isn't that good! Afternoon all - only just finished lunch as I had an appointment for an eye test today at 12.50 and it sort of went on a bit .... choosing new frames is SO difficult and I wonder even now if I've chosen right. Ah well, as my lenses are fairly complicated I won't know for about a fortnight. Popped into the Post Office at our local Co-op on the way home to post a parcel and it was just beginning to spot with rain when we came out - it got heavier and heavier and it's pouring down now. Need to make a phone call now about some work over the w/end, maybe that will pay for my specs! Have a good walk, Pamela; Kazz - when are you going to stop night work??? Have a nice meal out JM. Hi all, hope you had good meal JM. I was working this morning and then we went for a pub meal in Granchester courtesy of some pub tokens I was given. I checked the date on them and they expired on Sept 12th so we thought we'd better use them. It was very nice and I had a glass of wine which meant I slept this afternoon as I'm not used to lunchtime drinking! Angie I hate choosing new specs and I like small frames but because I wear bifocals I have to go for bigger than I like ! Have a good long weekend everyone |
