Saturday

Morning all.

Not back to work till Monday night (maybe Tuesday just awaiting a phone call)
Weather here is atrocious rain and more rain. Couple of friends over in Majorca right now and sent me a text in the week they have weather of 41.......

Not sure what I am going to do although if the weather holds enough I may have ago at a bit of weeding before it gets out of hand. May have a look round for a small chair for the bedroom too.

Whatever you are doing have a good day.

Re: Saturday

Morning Karen, enjoy your days off.
Very rainy here too but the sea is calm so here's hoping.
Got a lovely surprise yesterday.I was sat reading on the decking and I heard the gate go.I thought to myself that's odd as Chris was in the shower. i looked up to see Howard, he'd parked the car at the shop and walked to the van to surprise us.We had no idea he was coming up.
Hope you all have a lovely day, just about to take the dogs out,if we can get Malaika out of bed : D

Re: Saturday

Hi Kazz 'n' Shelley! Heavy showers here but sunny bits in between, quite windy. OH and I have bee out for a walk with Monty. We met quite a few nice dog walkers with dogs that Monty had good chases with, one was a poodle/Australian Shepherd cross, only nine months old and a complete sweetie and a little Boxer pup, not very old. Monty still likes to play as he did when he was a pup, even though he's almost 18 months now. The Boxer pup had him pinned down just like Monty does to poor Pip!

I have work to do ......... and more to come, so best get on with it.

Have a good day folks.

Re: Saturday

Hi all,
What a nice surprise Shelley! Did you manage any weeding Kazz? Walks with Monty sound fun Angie.
I had a haircut today and did a bit of shopping- I bought a small rucksack and some new walking boots in the sale.
It is periodically hammering down here! Thunder and lightening, the whole lot.
Hope everyone stays dry.

Re: Saturday

I am dry too because I did not do any weeding. Seriously its been thunder and lightening here too.
I am getting my hair cut and coloured tomorrow in prep for my holiday. I am going to try and grow it out I think. I say think because I have thick head of hair; its fine but loads of it and I look like a scarecrow until it reaches my shoulders then the weight holds it down. I am thinking of going with a shaggy bob and asking her to thin it out with thinning scissors or a razor...to hold the weigh down the back is about collar level and the rast shortish on top so a long job. I have been keeping it short but fancy a change I think.
Had fish and chips form the chipshop for dinner.
