noisy tuesday!

Good morning everyone

Im off today and was hoping for a nice long lie in however we have men working outside as they are fitting kitchens in some of the houses round here and as our flat is ground floor they are using it to lean work benches against. Also got up to our water being discoloured as the pipes are being worked on so no shower until i get to my mums today

hope everyone else has a great day

Re: noisy tuesday!

Well have a good day Pamela. Sometimes silver linnings are to be found.

I am just off round the salvage and then a bit of food shopping and after that back home work tonight.

Very "dodgy" weather here today.

Re: noisy tuesday!

What are you looking for at the scrappy, Kazz???

Hi everyone, just having a bit of lunch. Been re-arranging some book shelves this morning and planning a further sort out this afternoon, so that I can minimise the "putting things on top of other things" on my bookshelves in the study (sure that was a Monty Python sketch .....)

Dog training this evening. Have a good day all.

Re: noisy tuesday!

Evening all
Pamela hope your day improved
Karen hope you got your shopping done
Angie hope training goes well
Today the weather has been sunny. We found a nice remote beach where it was safe to let the dogs off lead, they had a marvellous time.I love to watch them race around. On the way back we stopped to have a look at the Gavin Maxwell memorial monument. I couldn't resist stroking the bronze otter.
Got back to the van , removed my trainer to find a small bee crawling around on my foot Fortunately it didn't sting me and I was able to release it to fly another day

Re: noisy tuesday!

Shelley - did you get a photo of the Gavin Maxwell monument? I expect that the sculptor meant for that otter to be rubbed - I loved Ring of Bright Water, but cried heaps.

Re: noisy tuesday!

Hello all - been a while since I've said hello. Hope all are well and of course your four legged friends.

Izzi and Breagh are doing well, just turned 2 years old. Both enjoy the outdoor life and have me well trained opening windows to let them in/out whenever it suits.

Just back from a lovely holiday in outer hebrides - beautiful scenery and beaches. A lovely quiet time, very restful.

CM
