Re: Thursday

Final tidy up for parents who will be cat sitting and then off to Dorset for a week tomorrow.
It is sunny here so I can get the last few bits of washing dry. We have been trying to persuade furry trip hazard (aka Smudge) NOT to sleep in the bedroom doorway as my Mum is a bit unsteady sometimes and Smudgie really can be in the way for night time loo trips. I think she has decided that the blanket on the landing is preferable but we'll see!

Re: Thursday

Morning Early Bird! It's feeling rather Autumnal isn't it? Well it certainly is here ......... but lovely, blue sky and fresh even though a bit chilly. My etager has been despatched and I am waiting delivery, so I should be able to bring my scented geraniums indoors before the first frost. They will stand a better chance indoors and I won't have to heat the greenhouse - there's nothing else to worry too much about.

I think I may have caught whatever it is that the dog and cats have had recently, sneezing, tickley throat so I'm taking the echinacea now! I see that you can give cats echinacea in homoeopathic preparation, may just try that for Kizzy although I think she's OK, eating and behaving normally.

Monty was a bit of a g*t at agility last night and just couldn't concentrate. Had to keep running off to bark at the horses, or running back to me (I have to turn my back on him) or rushing off to bark at other dogs, running and jumping up at the trainer and generally playing the fool. When he did focus, he was good and jumped very well but seemed a bit uncertain of the tunnels this session. We have 3 weeks break now - bet he'll have forgotten everything when we go back.

Have a good day folks.

Morning CS - I can appreciate your trying to get furry trip hazard to move! We had our grocery delivery this morning and Pip was dead set for tripping someone up!

Angie maybe the break will do Monty good or should i say maybe it will do you good
Good day at work for me, then spent some time sorting all the mail that accumulates on top of the microwave.

I would suggest moving the microwave from under the letter box
