frosty wednesdayAfternoon everyone. Just relaxing on my lunch break at work and thought I would post a daily. working until 6pm today then going to the gym for my training program to be organised. Need to watch what im doing though as I have tweaked my shoulder due to laying on my back most of the night as the monsters decided they both wanted a cuddle! Woke up to frost this morning and oh had to scrape his car. Roads were also slippy today. Hope everyone is having a good day

Evening! Where is everyone? No frost yet on the south coast, I'm sure it won't be too long before we get some and the southern softies start moaning!  I love it when it's sunny and frosty. |

evening tiggermoon and CS Tiggermoon, i have no idea where everyone is tonight, an unusually quiet forum the last couple of days. CS the gym was good, its going to be a killer workout though!! but will be well worth it!! Glad you enjoyed your cycle  |

No frost here today, been really warm and sunny, yet very autumnal. Took dogs for a long walk, over 2 hours! Also did over an hour at the gym and an hour aerobics class. Good luck at the gym, Pamela, I go 4 times a week and have noticed a huge difference, plus it has helped me shed 3 stone. |
