Hi Pamela - fingers crossed for Tara too. Bit of a gloomy one again today. The forecast isn't good for tomorrow, think there's a cold front heading down from the north ......... brrrrrrrrrrr "winter draws on Mrs Brown!" Going to bring my scented pelargoniums indoors today. I've kept them in the greenhouse till now to keep the lights levels up. I've got to bring myself to cut them back too ......... why do I hate doing that? Monty was a good boy at training last evening and he has received his first C-word party invite! He has more of a social life than we do ......... what would we do without that wee doggie? Hope everyone has a good day. |

Have taken my daughter's cat to the Cattery this morning as they are off to Devon until Monday. They are staying in a caravan overlooking the sea ....... I don't envy them with the cold weather that has been promised for the weekend! I much prefer my central heating back home! |

Hi all, Been away for a couple of days as I had to go to Bolsover Castle for work and then went to stay with an old friend. We bused out to Baslow this morning and walked through the Chatsworth Estate to Bakewell where her OH met us for lunch (he'd had to work). Even though it was grey it was a lovely walk. I do miss the Peak District! I lived in Sheffield for 8 years and loved how easy it was to get to. |

Just a wee quick update on Tara. My sister got her home today but with strong painkillers. She had a fall a couple of days ago and the vet thinks she may have a slipped disc on her back but on the mend by the sounds of it |
