Its Sunday

Morning everyone, relaxing morning so far hoping to talk OH into going to see the new Twilight movie instead of waiting until Tuesday like we had planned. Hope everyone has a god day

Re: Its Sunday

Very quiet here today!
We haven't done much with our Sunday, Erin has a cold so apart from a walk along the canal with Darcy we've been at home in the warm. Darcy and Imogen have been curled up together on the back of the sofa for most of the afternoon.
Just had supper of meatballs in a slightly spicy sauce and rice and relaxing in front of cbeebies before it's bathtime!
I'm really missing having Downton to watch on a Sunday night so might get on with some sewing of Christmas presents/decorations with the rest of my evening.
Pamela-are you going to see Twilight tonight? I'm really looking forward to it.

Evening pinklizzy, hope Erin is ok and her cold is getting better. We went to see it today and it was great, going to see it again on the 26th with a friend I wonder where everyone is today. The forum has been really quiet.

Re: Its Sunday

It must be good if you're going again! Will hopefully be able to go and see it with my OH if we can get a babysitter-we only ever get a night out together to go to the cinema and the last time was for Breaking Dawn part 1!
Erin has been very sad today and had a call earlier to say that she has been in contact with another little one who now has chicken pox so fingers crossed it's not the start of that!

Re: Its Sunday

Hi all, I hope Erin feels better soon. When we were kids our parents used to have 'chicken pox' parties to get it over with so if one child had it they would take us along to catch it. I guess things have changed a bit now!
Glad you enjoyed the film Pamela, we tend to wait for DVDs and slob on the sofa. OH is very tall and finds it hard to get comfy in a cinema.
I made the Christmas cake today and did other domestic stuff and went for a run. Weekends just sort of wizz by!
