Sleepy Sunday

Morning campers.
Dull and dreich here this morning, rained for much of the night so that's the start of the thaw I guess. There will be much mud to contend with now on dog walks after all the ice has melted. Time to ditch the snow boots and yak tracks for some wellies.
Not much planned for today, got to catch up on washing and domestic stuff, take the dog out, do the books and generally scutter around.
Have a good day all.

Re: Sleepy Sunday

Morning Elaine. Yes, it's wet here too, but a bit lighter cloud-wise. Yesterday was nice, but we had rain overnight. Wondering if our agility training is on this morning, the field will be awash, but the training always goes ahead so long as it's safe for the dogs, never mind the handlers slipping all over the place. OH will have to check his mobile for messages. He's just gone out with the dogs and I'm off for a late breakfast.

The crate move worked well after an initial aria from madam Dora! We have our bedroom back - hooray!

Enjoy Sunday everyone.

Re: Sleepy Sunday

Morning everyone.

Elaine hope its not too mucky when you head out
Angie thats great that the move went well
Shelley, hope you get everything done in the house taht you want to.

We are meant to be going cycling today but the weather is probably much the same as Elaines, wet and miserable. Trying to talk OH into going to Edinburgh later as Amy Macdonald is doing a free gig in 1 of the museums today!!! At the moment he is having none of it!! Skye is back to her usual self now thankfully after us being bad and taking her to the vet yesterday.

Kazz, i meant to reply previously to your question, so far we haven't had any more incidents with Harris thankfully but i am constantly doing changes in the trays and it seems to be helping. Using more litter than normal but would rather that than him going elsewhere.

Morning all. Hope all are well. Watching Andy Murray in the Aus open final just now - hope he does well but just seen the blisters on his feet - I couldn't move never mind paly tennis.

Like Elaine we are thawing out and are dull and dreich Hope the agility is still on angie.

Good that Dora and Harris seem to have their probs sorted. Amy Macdonald is great - you must try to go.

Been for walk up the hill today with Bess and spud. Scarily, even on 3 legs Spud is stronger than me - I didn't so much walk up as got hauled up. Bird watch after lunch and then housework for a bit.

Have a good day peeps.

Re: Sleepy Sunday

Morning all or afternoon now. Not really done much this morning barring scroued the internet for holiday cottages for me, Sal, Mom and Dad.....a change of scenery is called for finding what we want is difficult. But possible.... ...looks like the isle of wight in April/May and very very very possibly Lake district in early Sept or maybe even August
Here the rain has been and now you would not know there has been snow........apart from the mini mountains in retail parks.
Roast pork and trimmings here looking forward to it.May got out this evening not sure was planning on going swimming this morning but somehow managed not too..... ...not sure why.

Hope you are off to the concert sounds a brilliant way to spend a Sunday. And so pleased Harris is doig well he is ovbiously a sensitive soul where his toilet habits are concerned. A lovely trait.
