Grey Monday

Blimey it's grey out there today! Sorry I've not been around much recently. My Mum is quite ill so I'm visiting when I can and trying to help Dad decide the next step. OH is also getting ready to go away for work for three weeks so I'll be cat juggling on my own for a bit!
I think I'm going to go and find some soup for lunch- its a soup sort of day!
Hope everyone is well.

Hi CS sorry to hear your mum is poorly I do hope she improves soon. Just think of all the cat cuddles you can have to cheer you up when OH is away!!

Home to relax and make chicken tacos, never had tacos before so looking forward to it

Re: Grey Monday

Evening CS and Pamela. Horrid grey chilly rainy day here and we only have one basket of logs left so keeping those for when it's even chillier!

Sorry to hear about your mum CS. I do hope she starts to improve soon. On the bright side of your OH being away - you will find there much less clearing up to do and, as Pamela says, lots of cat cuddles! Of course, your OH could be a paragon of organisation, I am presuming!

Not much going on here - my OH has taken Monty to agility this evening. Dora is still in the dog house - she was hopeless at the Rally competition yesterday and it was so cold my OH came home chilled to the bone and definitely not a happy bunny. That's the end of rally competition with Dora I think!

Keep warm folks, Spring must be here soon - it's the equinox shortly and the clocks will be going forward.
