Sunny Saturday.

Good morning to everyone. It's Saturday morning here in Christchurch, NZ and a beautiful day it is. I'm sitting here wrapping up xmas presents and trying to get myself organised for the 25th, foodwise.I finish work on 23rd so will still have a bit of time to do a food shop. The quakes seem to have settled down now and are mainly around the Culverton area, but we can still feel them enough to terrify the animals. I was at work when we had a biggish one last week and a large box fell down from the shelf above me and hit me on the head. As the bleeding wouldn't stop, I had to go to the hospital and have it stitched. I had a jolly sore head for a few days after that but am OK now.

I hope everyone on Catsey is well and enjoying the countdown to xmas.

Have a great weekend everyone and chin tickles to all kitties out there.

Aww dinky I'm so sorry to hear you wee hurt x glad you are OK now.

Sending love to the furbabies too and hoping you are all safe.

Our Christmas plans are getting there! Can't believe a year ago tomorrow (19th) we did the 9hour round trip to bring mia home with us! Been such a quick year.

Gosh Pamela, it doesn't seem as if you've had Mia for one whole year already. That has gone fast. You've worked wonders with that dog in such a short space of time. You must be so proud of her.

Re: Sunny Saturday.

we are really proud of her x even today at my parents house we noticed a difference as she ws happy going to them for attention, following my dad for treats and leaving us out of sight. Something she wouldnt do even 6 months ago. We had a christmas party at training last saturday. I teach at the first 2 classes then OH brings her to me for the last class and she won second place for the agility competition and also 4th for best rescue. She is doing absolutely amazing to the point where we will hopefully be competing in agility next year as she is doing great with it and getting better every week at practice
