Good morning Shelley. It's nice here too. Was actually light when I went for the bus this morning!! Went for a run last night and surprisingly no additional pain after being at physio on Monday. Got my exerc8to do now do will get started on them. Enjoy your walk with the dogs. It was dark when we had ours out but reasonably mild for a change and no rain!! |
