Calm Saturday

Monring everyone,

Not much happening here today. Had a lovely big walk with the dogs this morning. Home and had anice breakfast. I think Hubby wants to go to the shops as we need a few things so i will let him go and i will stay at home. My mum still isnt feeling very well. She phoned her doctor surgery who had an automated message to phone nhs 111, she phoned them an dthey told her to phone her GP so she is no closer to actually getting any help to get better or find out what is wrong.

Dinky, i hope Janna managed to get the cat litter you needed.
Shelley, did you manage to gte some jobs for Chris to do?

Re: Calm Saturday

Afternoon/evening everyone.

It's Sunday here and I've just had a wee bit of a chocolate Easter egg that Janna got me.It was yummy. It's very quiet here today, with hardly any traffic on the road at all.I've been sitting watching a Criminal Minds episode on DVD, but really must stir myself and do the dishes and then go through my book shelves in the back conservatory and sort out the books I no longer want.Gosh, this lock down is making me so lazy. !!!

PAMELA, yes, Janna did manage to get me 2 bags of cat litter that the cats like, but that isn't enough. For now, they'll just have to make do with 2 litter boxes instead of the 5 they normally have.
I'm sorry to hear that your mum still isn't the best. Isn't it ridiculous that you can't even get through to the doctor ? I think of her every day, Pamela, and pray that she starts to feel a lot better soon.Thank goodness your sister is close by and that you keep in touch with her and your dad.

I have to go to the doctor next week to get a repeat on my diabetes meds and asthma inhalers. I'm hoping I can just ring and get a phone prescription so I don't have to go all the way down there.Every time I go to the doctor, I seem to get someone sitting next to me who has a terrible cold or who starts coughing and sneezing all the time and I don't think any of us want to be near someone like that at the moment. I don't seem to get asthma now, thank goodness but I do need my medication for diabetes. I've had my chocolate fix for the day so will try and eat sensibly for the rest of the day.I suffer from very low sugar levels, never high levels, but evidently both can be dangerous ,or so I'm told.Shelley, I hope you are enjoying your Easter break and doing things that you enjoy.Hope Steven is able to get everything you need from the shops.

SHELLEY, hope you are well and enjoying your Easter as well.Sorry, I thought you were working from home at this time. I seem to have got my wires crossed. Anyway, having a bit of time off is lovely too, and you'll be able to catch up on things, including your Christianity course. I've just finished an essay for my course about why miracles may not be from God.I can't post it away yet as I have no stamps and I don't know where I can buy any around here.

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well and looking after each other.

Enjoy your Easter Sunday, guys ,and don't eat too much chocolate !!!!!

Love to all Catsey cats, dogs and their guardians.
