Friday again.Morning, not sure what the day will bring. Not heard anything about Freida yet. Going to the nature reserve soon with the dogs and will probably take some jamaican ginger cake that I baked to my dad. Pamela, hoping to have a go at empire biscuits but not found custard powder yet.

Hi Shelley, I hope Frieda is ok. Ginger cake sounds nice!! Enjoy your walk. We walked this morning. I ws going to go for a run but i have ordered new headphones for running which will arrive tomorrow so want to wait until i get thme so i can try them. My legs arent up for a run 2 days in a row because i havent ran much recently. Aiming n a big run tomorrow. Looking forwrad to it  |
