MondayHello Dinky and Pamela, just sat in the garden in the sun listening to the birds, it's lovely. I think we have blackbirds nesting and ducks in the Brook at the bottom of the garden. Good morning at work and stayed later to join my colleagues for a power walk. I'm trying to do 3 a week with them They walk very faaaaaast and it's hard to keep up. Pamela, how is your dad? Dinky, hope you get your scan soon and the problem isn't too bad. Glad Dickens is OK breathing wise, hope Michelle has some suggestions for you.
