litter mates

Hi everyone,
I have decided to look for a pair of moggies rather than looking for cheaper bengals and hopefully in the future i will find the money to buy a pedigree bengal. I was wondering whether it is possible to get litter mates of opposite sexes and get them neutered before they reach a fertile age or would i have to go for same sex kittens?
Are 2 brothers/sisters more likely to get on than a brother and sister?

thanks

Sam

PS if anyone knows of any moggies looking for homes in herts please pm me

Re: litter mates

To be honest it wouldnt matter
Litter mates of either sex would get on

Have you tried looking on the kittenlist
They have non pedigree kittens for sale advertised on there

Re: litter mates

Yes you could get a girl and a boy
Just remember to get their little bits done early
Then there shouldnt be any problems

Re: litter mates

Hi I've got a litter brother and sister they were rescue's. They were both "done" in fact I am certain Oscar the boy was done first although I may be wrong it was a long time ago

They are both 23 years old this year and have never really had a fall out they were great playmates for each other - and watching them you could loose hours upon hours.
They have their own personalities.

Re: litter mates

I have 3 cats mum son and daughter, brother and sister get on well, though he has to do what she says. Motherand son, well he keeps nudges his mum when she doesn't want him flops over her and plain irriates her so after about 1/2 a minute he gets bitten. He then goes to Lucy my collie who fusses and plays with him. Oh when he got done his mum bit him where the vet got him.
